Episode 3 Major Bug

So after playing the new DLC I wanted to go back and play the game from the start again. I deleted my old save and started a new game.

But upon reaching episode 3, when I start the episode all I get it a black screen. Nothing happens no matter how long I wait. I can tab out and close the game, but every time I restart its the same thing.

I tried copying the save into a new slot, but the second save does the same thing. Anyone got any suggestions? I'm playing it on Steam if that makes any difference.

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I have this same issue i played the game 4-5 times and now all of a sudden episode 3 gets a black screen.
