Just purchased Tales of Monkey Island... But can't find a link to Collectors Edition?

As the topic states, I've just purchased Tales but there isn't a link for the Collectors Disc...

How do I find this please?

    Having bought the game from the Telltale Store, you can get the standard DVD for free (plus shipping costs) from this link.
    The Deluxe Edition (which would have set you back $14.95 is no longer available).
