gets black screen when starting game

i just bought poker night 1, and first the screen was flickering when i played. then i tried to set it to window mode and now i get a black screen when i starts the game.
i have tried to reinstall 2 times without any luck.

    Does anything change if you switch between windowed and full screen mode by pressing the hotkeys?
    PC: Alt-Enter
    Mac: Command + F

    now i can get in to the game, but the screen is still flickering.

    Is this on Mac or PC?

    it work now. a friend could fix it. :)
