A solution to the 'Storage Device Lost' Bug?

Well, its not much of a solution but since Telltale don't seem to be doing anything about it, I was wondering if I bought the Disc Version of the Game, would the bug still appear? And would I still have my previous save games?

    I am sure you would keep your saves and it wouldn't fix the bug,but I am not sure how you would fix it,sorry.

    I want to play the game over again but I can't because every time when the game auto saves it says storage device lost and it keeps bringing me to the main menu and blah blah blah it's so annoying and I just wanna play the game! What should I do before I go to a corner and cry? Please help...

    I'm in the same boat brotha, first playthrough was flawless... Now i cant play anything without skipping or rewinding, and if its not a frozen black loading screen it will just "Store Device Lost" at random points and crash.... Wish i could play this game i paid for more than once...
