Graphical issues

Hi, I sent an email (to support@telltalegames.com) some weeks ago, but I didn't receive any response, I will post an adapted version of the email here:

Hello:

I bought The Walking Dead on Steam during the last sale, I installed and started it, all seems be right, but when I start to play I can see some graphical problems like the next screenshots.

With high settings.

With low settings.

With high settings, the trees and the hair of the police man have black boxes.
With low settings, the buildings, the clouds and the trees don't display correctly.
Also, in the background of the options menu and in title screen you can find other diferences.

Searching in Google I found more people with the same problem but without solution.
Another post, and another. Also I found this, I have a NVIDIA card, but anyway I checked if that anti-aliasing option is application controled in nvidia control panel, it is ok.

I attach support_data_pc.zip with information obtained from PC Support Tool.
Yes, I know that my computer is very old, but I can run the game with good framerate, I played another telltale games (poker night 1 and 2) without problems. In the first forum link that I attach, other people with newer computers have that problem (one of the users said that he have GTX 670, an actual graphic card that don't should have problems) I don't think that the problem is my old computer, it seems that it's a problem of the game.
Also, all drivers except video card drivers are up to date with the last version that I found in the website of my motherboard (I tested the last video drivers anyway, and the problem persist, I dont update videocard drivers because that version give me a little performance diference and I haven't problems with that version). And I tried update direct x with direct x web installer, its updated.

I expect a solution for this problem. Thanks in advance :)

PD: I am spanish, sorry for my grammar errors.

Please try verifying the game cache files.
    Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 6600
    Driver Date/Size: 4/3/2010 17:55:30, 6432128 bytes
I also recommend trying the latest Nvidia driver.

    Thank you for your response.

I already verified game cache files when I tested the game some weeks ago, anyway I tried it again today, no results, the problem persist.

The same with video drivers, I did it some weeks ago (I said it in the main post), I had no results. I checked if exist a new version available, but for Windows XP don't exist new versions from February of this year.
Also, all drivers except video card drivers are up to date with the last version that I found in the website of my motherboard (I tested the last video drivers anyway, and the problem persist, I dont update videocard drivers because that version give me a little performance diference and I haven't problems with that version).

It seems to be an issue with some old Nvidia cards.
The user with the GTX 670 you mentioned had missing files and it worked after they were installed. I also have a GTX 670 and it works well.

Umm... anyway can you provide me any other posible solution? maybe contacting with nvidia you can reach a solution or maybe a little patch for the game overwriting the config file or changing something in nvidia control panel.
Anything that I can try will be appreciated.

I don't know anything that could help, except a new graphics card/computer.
Keep in mind, that I am not a Telltale Games employee, and anything else would require Telltale Games to find a solution. I would not count on that though.
