solution to the walking dead 400 days problem!
At last tech support got back to me with a very simple solution that actually worked! When you buy 400 days, you're presented with 2 choices: a digital version or a disc version. You have to download the one that matches the game you already have. If you bought the game on disc (which I did), you need the disc version. I downloaded that, and it worked just fine
