Mouse Issue - Snaps to edge

Not sure how to describe the mouse behavior, but I'll try. When I first log into the game the mouse seems to track like normal. As soon as I hit any WASD key however, the mouse seems to "jump" to the edge of the screen and prefer to stay somewhere on near the edge. Attempting to move the mouse anywhere but the edge is challenging because it's as if there's something "pushing" the pointer back to the edge. There's also strange "momentum" to the pointer; where moving just a little will continue moving it and you're constantly over-correcting. It's almost a game unto itself getting the mouse to center on what I'm trying to click on.

It hasn't always done this. I played through about half of the first episode and took a little break from the game. Now coming back to it, I'm seeing the mouse behavior on both my saved game, and a new game I just made. My hardware hasn't changed in the intervening time.

One other data point, I just picked up Trine 2 in the Steam sale and it's exhibiting very similar behavior. The workaround, for that game, is to tell it I'm using multiple input devices.

Things I've tried, to no avail:
-Running as Admin
-Running with compatibility
-Copying the dinput8.dll from my %systemroot%\system32 to the TWD executing directory
-Steam Validate Integrity of Game Cache

I've attached my support_data_pc.zip file.

Thanks!
-Toby

I don't know if it causes the issue, but you can try if disconnecting the second display helps.

Also please rename the prefs.prop in
    E:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\default
    to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it.
