problem with episode 1 and season pass

I bought the season pass for the walking dead some months ago while it was on sale . Before that, i got episodes 1 and 2 free with PSPLUS .Now i don't find the first episode in my download list, and both the season pass and the ep. 1 appear as being able to buy ( which i have already done).

PD: episodes 2-5 and the premium theme do appear in my download list.

    Have you let your Plus subscription lapse? If so, you may be able to correct this by removing The Walking Dead game data from your console. If your plus has lapsed, then you no longer own the installed Episode 1 and 2, so removing the data (which removes the expired unlock key) should remedy the issue. If it does not, please contact Sony Support as your account should own this content, and only Sony has access to your account information and purchase history.

    I have the same problem but I called Sony and I was told that there was a licensing conflict with the PS+ episode one and the season pass. I was also told that they would have to refund the PS+ episode one but that that would have to be done by a different department and that it will take a few days. I hope this works because I really want to play. I will keep you all post.
