Haven't received an update to Clem hat in a month

Hello TellTalers.

Unfortunately the community manager is not responding on Twitter and with no other means of contacting them, I've taken to here. I share the same issue as @aznxchunky; we haven't heard any update about the Clem hats we won on twitter just over a month ago.

All we'd like is an update, please :)

(Forgive me if this isn't the correct forum to post on but none other seemed relevant)

    Hi Sam, we're actually waiting on delivery of the hats... they are on their way, and as soon as they hit my desk, I'll have them out the door to you guys!
