400 Days Black Screen

I'm having the same problem other users have described. The first five episodes of TWD are working fine but whenever I click to play 400 Days I'm met with a black, unresponsive screen and have to kill the game. I've attached the support data below. Could someone look at this? Thanks!

    Anyone? I do very much want to play the game I bought on Sunday...

    Have you tried verifying the game cache files?

    Also there's no prefs.prop in your savegame folder, which is an essential file for the savegames to work. There's one in your trash though. Did you delete it? If so, i suggest you restore it, unless you don't want to keep using your existing savegames.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I've restored the prefs.props, and verified the cache files. No difference, I'm afraid. The rest of the episodes work fine but when I click to play 400 Days the pointer disappears and the screen just turns black, not responding till I kill the game— if that helps.

    That's weird. There's two things you can try.
    1. Renaming the savegame folder, to test if the game works then
    2. If that doesn't work, creating a new user account on your mac and reinstalling the game there
