400 Days DLC TellTale Games Store Version Problem

I have bought The Walking Dead and the Almost Everything Pack in the TellTale Games Store last June 9, 2012. I downloaded it and finished the game from episodes 1-5.

Today, almost a year passed, and 400 days was released, I downloaded The Walking Dead installer from TellTale Store again, the filename is WalkingDead100_v3_Setup.exe. I reinstalled the game and hoping Id be able to download and play the special episode 400 Days. But I cant find the 400 Days episode from the download contents menu.

My problem is how do I get to install the special episode 400 Days if its not in the download contents episode list?

Need help on this one and hoping Id get a fast response from TellTale Games.

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I already attached the the file support data pc.

    And btw, just now, the walking dead game wouldnt start up. When I double click the game it enters a black screen.

    Thanks! I hope youll resolve this problem.

    The game silently downloads patches at startup, which might be the cause of the black screen. Just give it some time. It has to download about 30MB, so you can estimate how long it might take. The window has to be focused or fullscreen for the download to work.

    Once the patches are downloaded, it should show 400 days.

    Just finished playing episodes 1-5 and 400 Days.

    Everything worked 100%

    I also have all episodes on steam 1-5, but the DLC is not showing up...

    Have you bought the 400 Days DLC in the steam client?

    How silly... I thought I read somewhere that since I had all episodes I would get it for free... I guess I mistook it with the ipad version. I'll go buy it for steam now... :)

    You get 400 days for free if you have the TTG Store version of the game.

    Well, I have the pre-order version of the game from TTG, but I have now bought the version on steam...
