How to remove italian subtitles?

Hi,
I downloaded the game from the site's store and, when I launch it, it automatically turn to italian language. It would be right (I'm italian) but what if I'd like to play with english subtitles? The italian translation isn't really good, and in many situations it's even misleading. In the menu there is no option to change language either.

EDIT: I play on Mac.

    The game chooses the language according to your system's language setting. If you put English to the top it will be in English.
