Well then, today can't be that bad.

    It kind of has been...

    Well there you go.

I've had really bad days myself, and the best thing I've found to do is just let it ride itself out. Let all the bad stuff wash over you (or overcome you, either or), and just let it happen. Curl up and cry, punch a wall, do whatever you feel the need to do.

And then once it's over, go have an ice cream, put on your favourite TV show and bask in the good things you have. Because as bad as it things may have seemed, the best way to overcome it is to remind yourself that there are still good things in the world.

Trust me - I have way too much experience in this. :(

I don't give a damn bout my reputation
I've never been afraid of any deviation
I don't care if you think I'm strange
    I'm not gonna change
And I'm never gonna care bout my bad reputation

    Words to live by.

Hitler was also a vegetarian and a painter. Your point?

That the traits shown in that poem could easily be the guidelines for vicious murderers. I'm sure the Joker would agree to these words as well :p

On the other hand, it could also be applied to Hua Mulan, Joan of Arc, Mahatma Gandhi, or Abraham Lincoln.

Maybe I'm weird, Marsden, but I was half expecting a chestburster to pop up at some point and join in.

That would have been a welcome twist.

In the original context, it applies to Joan Jett.

Anyone wanna recommend some free Android apps? For some baffling reason I can't seem to just browse through them all in alphabetical order, which feels like a really odd design flaw with the store.

Ick. I had a math test last week. I don't mind math, but I'm number dyslexic, so it makes timed tests quite annoying.
  • edited June 2013
I enjoyed it because it was easier than I expected and I do like Maths...
Just Latin and Statistics exams left...

Today, I learned who Roy G. Biv is.

    from watching a Let's Play.

I had heard the name before, but I never knew what it meant.
(for those who don't know, it refers to red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet--which are the colors of the rainbow.)

I knew the colors already, just not that that acrostic refers to them.

I can't remember the last time I genuinely laughed at something on Youtube, especially something like this, but I lost it. This is brilliant.
