We're back! Doug, Emily, the rest of the web team (we have a team now!) and I just spent the last few hours doing some large-scale behind the scenes work to pave the way for Season Two (coming tomorrow!). Though you probably don't notice a difference in how the site looks or works, most of the guts under the hood have been completely re-worked, or at least touched up in an effort to hopefully make buying, activating, and re-downloading your games way easier.
If you're logged in to the site, you should now be able to take a look at all your game purchases at a glance on the updated My Purchases page. Also, you might notice that the store is a bit more browseable now, sorting things out a bit better into categories, and letting you do things like just look at all of the books on one page. So, there's that.
The more noticeable good stuff should start unfurling when Ice Station Santa drops tomorrow (Friday, November 9th). Until then, please pardon our dust. There are probably a few rough edges around still, so if you run into anything weird, unexpected, or broken, let us know.[readmore]
In totally unrelated news, a few proofs from the new color pages in our forthcoming reprint of Sam & Max Surfin the Highway came in. Here's a tiny sneak peek:
