Amidst the collision of myriad U.S. holidays, we nearly forgot about Mardi Gras! In the Caribbean, they call it Carnival and celebrate with parades, masquerades and crowning their King. Tradition says that a King Cake is eaten and the person that unearths a trinket (in New Orleans, it's shaped like a baby) is crowned the King of Mardi Gras. On this Témoin Mardi, we leave you all to wonder:
