SAN RAFAEL, California - January 31, 2006

Rapidly growing digital entertainment pioneer Telltale Inc. has expanded
its online content with the launch of the new Telltale Arcade. Anyone
looking for a light diversion or a treat at the end of a long day can find
the best of the web's downloadable casual games at
http://www.telltalearcade.com.

The Telltale Arcade features literally hundreds of downloadable game
titles in a variety of categories -- Action, Puzzle, Card, Strategy,
Shooter, Breakout, Word, and even Multiplayer. These include recent
popular downloadable games like Luxor, Oasis, Bejewelled and Diner Dash,
and new releases like Mystery Case Files: Huntsville. Telltale's editorial
staff will periodically post reviews and recommendations about leading
titles in the Arcade.

Gaming industry analysts IDC estimates that revenues from games classified
as "casual games," like those available for download in the Telltale
Arcade, will grow to $1 billion by 2008 from approximately $200 million in
2005. The casual gaming category has emerged within the past few years
and has attracted completely new audiences of customers to this category.

"We're dedicated to creating a truly unique online destination with
engaging content for a variety of audiences," says Troy Molander,
Telltale's Chief Operating Officer. "As we've been planning the expansion
of our website, we identified these types of downloadable games as a
perfect complement to our other offerings. Last year, we released Bone:
Out from Boneville based on Jeff Smith's popular comic books to showcase
of our unique form of interactive stories. We also kicked off two new
serialized web comic series, with Sam & Max: Freelance Police from Steve
Purcell and Dank: Caveman Inventor from alternative comic creator Graham
Annable."

Traffic growth to telltalegames.com has been substantial since the site's
launch in 2004 as increasingly larger audiences from around the world
discover Telltale's distinctively engaging stories, characters and
experiences. Telltale attracted hundreds of thousands of unique visitors
last year, with significant increases every quarter. Telltale Arcade is
the latest offering for this growing fan base, with additional expansions
planned for the coming months.
