Getting "Telltale account does not have a license error"

For some reason, over the last couple of days i haven't been able to launch TWD.

It was working fine previously.

I've tried re-installing, rebooting, nuking save games.
It doesn't ask me to re-enter my telltale games account information though.
I dug into the registry, and deleted the saved login details, and the game will launch and run 1 time. After i re-run - the same error will appear.

Any Ideas?

I'm running the latest telltale version (v3) (Not Steam)
