Episode 4, game not loading save?

So I've seen a few others with this same problem.. is it happening because we're playing the game to much in 1 sitting!? =p I was looking for 5 people including me going into Episode 5 and then there was Ben... and only Ben.
I ran the support tool, followed the link to the filehoster this site recommends, and I'm not sure if I should just link it here or not so =o

    Please rename the prefs.prop in
    C:\Users\Brandon\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
    to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it.

    Then move the prefs.prop from
    E:\CODMW2\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead104
    to
    C:\Users\Brandon\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
