walking dead . please help me :(

I already installed The Walking Dead. but it says ''failured''
When i open walking dead, there comes a black screen, and there come a box that say close.
i have it on cd but it doesn't work. please help me, i really like the game :(

    Try sending the moderator DjNDB a private message http://www.telltalegames.com/profile/10331/djndb Just click on "Private Discussion" tab under his/her profile box at the left of the screen and give as much detail as you can in your message. If they do respond to you, any message will show in in your profile feed.

    I only suggest contacting this person because in the last day or so I've seen them responding to technical issues in some posts and being rather helpful about it.

    You could also try emailing support@telltalegames.com but people haven't been having a lot of luck with that. There's also the support forum itself you could post in, but there's not a lot of activity in there right now.
