SBCG4AP - paid but not delivered?

Now I have to out myself as a cheapskate who waited three years to buy a game only to have it not work.

You took my money, you gave me a receipt (now erased in the site redesign), but you never gave me the game or the link to the game or directions to go somewhere else to get the game. It never showed up in the "Games You Bought" column despite being in the "Your Purchases" receipt pile (until recently). So mean, Telltale.

(I've successfully managed the money-for-game transaction through the site on three previous occasions with no hiccups.)

Or is it me? Am I dumb and missed the super special secret way to get the game?

    no I am in the same boat dude I bought the complete sam and max devils playhouse and NOTHING in my games on telltale and NOTHING in my purchase history
