400 on PC, cannot find it in download content

How do I download 400 if it does not show up under "download content"? I have all five episodes finished but do not see anything else to buy/download.

    It should show up, once all patches are installed, which the game does silently at Startup if you're connected to the internet.
    Since that didn't seem to have happened properly, you can try deleting these folders
    to make it redownload the patches.
