retail vesion of TWD can't download 400 days

i bought the EU version of TWD in a store an played all of the episodes on the pc.
now i would like to download 400 days but neither in the game itself i can download it nor in steam because i didn't purchased the game as a steam version
can anyone help me?

    i just posted about this issue it won't help adding the program as a non stream game as stream will still request a product code for the walking dead.
