Impossibile Il ripristino del pacchetto contenente tutti gli episodi

salve, ho scaricato il pacchetto 2 di the walking dead per ios su ipad, il giorno dopo dato la convenienza ho scaricato il pacchetto che includeva tutti gli episodi del gioco più l'episodio 400 per 17,99 €, ma non mi permette di scaricarlo di nuovo, nel senso che ho cancellato l'app the walking dead e una volta reinstallato, sono andato sotto la voce episodi, poi ho fatto ripristina e mettendo i dati con cui ho scaricato il pacchetto mi riconosce solo l'acquisto fatto dell'episodio 2 e non il pacchetto di tutti gli episodi. Cosa devo fare?

    I'll try to help, but I don't speak Italian. Using Google Translate, it appears that you purchased the multi-pack, but your device is not showing that you own it. I recommend contacting iTunes Support to confirm that your purchase went through. Also, you can try buying the pack again with the same iTunes account. If your purchase was completed the first time then you should not be charged again. If you purchase did not complete the first time, or you are logged into a different account, then your account will be charged.
