Walking Dead ipad Ep. 2 Stuck Behind Tractor

I have seen this issue come up on other forums, with no resolution. There does not appear to be a way to move Lee ahead of Mark. This is a problem that appears to be unique to ipad users. Is there a solution? I'm tired of being eaten.

    I'm so discouraged to see no responses. I just played episode 1 and bought the rest of the episodes on my iPad mini retina. I've spent all evening trying to keep Lee behind that damn tractor without getting shot at with arrows and dying... To no avail. Nobody can seem to say there is a workaround for this. Do you just skip to episode 3? I'm so bummed dammit!!!!

    At that point in the game, you must tap your finger to start the movement, but only move your finger slightly, because if you move to fast, you will walk in front of the tractor. If you tap and hold, and only move your finger a little, you should be able to match the pace of the tractor to the pace of Lee's movement.
