Purchase new episodes ios7

Hi,

When I try to purchase episode 3 I receive an error complaining about the network connection. The network connection is fine and I am connected to the internet.

Also if I try and restore purchases I receive a iTunes sign in followed by an "this is not a test user" environment sandbox message.

I am using an iPad on ios7.
