BSoD after starting 1st time 400 days - now all savegames lost

Hi there,

bought TWD on Steam and finished it couple of months ago. Had only one game running (one slot). Bought 400 days, started and got BSoD (Win7) directly after starting 400.

Restarted, and now all three game slots are empty. Exited the game. The save game folder still contained 69 save files, "prefs.prop" file is 7 kb. Moved away savegame folder, restarted TWD, apparently TWD downloaded all save games from Steam cloud (69 save game files re-appeared with date of their creation), but still 3 empty game slots and a 7kb prefs.prop.

"Help! I'd like to have my saves back." sigh

    Looks like your prefs.prop got corrupted during the crash.

    You can try the "restore previous version" feature (right click, "properties", "restore previous version") on the prefs.prop in the savegame folder ( %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead ).

    It's also worth exploring why the blue screen happened in the first place.

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.
