Episode 5 Achievements not updating Xbox 360

Hi I have a promblem with my walking dead achievements its says that I have 32 out of 40 and 400 gamerscore but when I select it, it shows that I have 40 out of 40 and 400 gamerscore for that game.How do I make it so it would update and say 40 and not 32
