Can't get Puzzle Agent 2 to play

I just bought Puzzle Agent 2 and downloaded it, over 500 megabytes. All I get when trying to play is a screen that says the game is available and a link to the web site. I've tried reinstalling it several times, with the same result. Please help!

    Where did you buy it, and what platform are you trying to play on?

    Also please post a screenshot of what you see.

    I got if off Telltalegames.com for my mac. I open it and it takes me to the launcher but the only link is to the website to buy the game. Nothing to start playing.

    Are you using OS X 10.8.3 or higher? In the system specs section we specify that the game is not available for 10.8.3 or higher.

    If this is not the issue and you are running 10.8.2 or lower, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
