Walking Dead / The Wolf among Us on Xbone

Hey
Just wanted to know if someone could tell me if we'll be able to carry our game save from Xbox 360 to Xbox One or not on the Walking Dead.
Also, will the Wolf among us will be released on Xbox One or only 360 ?
