Cant play game

I downloaded Wolf Among Us and as soon as I press A to play the chapter it freezes on the loading screen. Its getting really annoying soon and i'm soon feeling I wasted my $5. Is there any way to fix this?

    Did you play the demo first?
    If so, it could be this issue and selecting a save slot in the "save files" menu could work.
