No background sound and no music

This happens at random. When I pause the game there is a big chance of the background sound and music disappearing. I can hear dialogues, footsteps, etc; Basically everything the characters do. The only thing that fixes this is by restarting the game. This can be pretty annoying if you've played for a while and the game haven't saved yet.
