There's no problem with using nudity to create realism. The main issue is if they start exposing it as a tool just to sell more games, but I doubt such appeal is enough to have a huge impact on sales- in fact, if TT did try using Nudity to sell more games then people would get unhappy and there game sales would probably suffer as a result of getting a damaged reputation.
I'm pretty sure this person didn't know what context it was used in since this was from October 2013. No one really knew the full plot behind the naked woman/strip club because it was only 1-2 episodes in. So, in all seriousness, there's no point in continuing the discussion any further/making your point against the OP.
I think it is about time games with a M rating. Should be pushing on how far they can get away with. Telltale, Rockstar, or whoever should push there M rating. And if you cant handle it don't play the game.
