Lost saves and settings

So I played a little TWAU last night and when I tried to play today, all my saves has been lost and settings ( graphics, gameplay etc.) has been reseted. My save folder seems to be empty and when I try make a new, play and reopen the game - same thing happens.

    Also, Steam cloud directory for this game is 0/100

    This is caused by having certain special characters in the name of the windows user account. Please create a new Windows user account with only characters from a-z and try playing there, until it is sorted out.
