When is the Season Pass available?
In North America (SCEA) the Season Pass is available Friday, Oct 18th. Please note that it might not be available for purchase until the afternoon.
In Europe (SCEE) the Season Pass became available for purchase on Wednesday, Oct 16th.
I bought the Season Pass, but how do I install it?
Buying the Season pass flags your account as owning the season, but there is no direct download. To install Episode 1 (and DLC episodes to be released in the future), search for The Wolf Among Us on the Playstation Store. You can select individual episodes to download them directly, or select the Season Pass and then the 'Game Page' icon on the right side of the screen.
How can I stop the game from hitching and/or experiencing audio dropouts?
You may experience some hitching during autosaves or long loading times between scenes. If you are experiencing hitching or audio dropouts outside of this, it may indicate a greater issue with your console or storage device.
First, make sure your console has enough hard drive space available to install and play the game. We recommend leaving at least 10% of the hard drive free as a full or nearly full hard drive can lead to issues with saving and data storage. Also, over time the data on a hard drive can become fragmented due to regular use of the drive (installing and deleting data). By restoring the file system and rebuilding the database, this can improve console performance and maintain hard drive integrity on older and more heavily used consoles. While these options are available at any time, we do recommend contacting Sony Support before utilizing these features.
