Controller?

Does anyone know why I have no controller support for the game?Earlier I could not get into the game, because the controller was plugged in. When i un-plugged it, it worked fine. Many people are having the same problem as I am, while some people can actually use the controller

    Please read the support FAQ, especially the parts "PC: Windows 8 - The game doesn't start" and "PC: My Gamepad/Joystick doesn't work".
