Can't enter Woodland Apartment

I'm outside of the apartment gate and I can see the Plaque, the Gate, and the Shoe Store Sign. I can hover over them to display the Look At/Enter message. That's as far as I can get, it won't let me interact with any of them.

I thought I may be missing something, but after some quick watching of some Walkthroughs online, I am not. It is just stuck, I cannot continue the game.

I've tried rewinding it with no luck.

    Nevermind, I managed to get around it by starting a new save file. No need for support now.
