This sin't too much spoilers but some people are really sensitive so just in case I have dubbed this thread spoilers.
I was thinking at the end of the game do you think you will get to chose who to arrest as your main serial killer suspect or any other thoughts as to how it will end.

It would be a possibility but I don't think so because the choices you make don't affect the game at this point.There is always a main storyline that is going to play despite the choices you make.Or maybe you will have to choose who to arrest after all the clues are collected and if you choose the wrong one the real killer will never be arrested or he will escape but it would be very unlikely and it would't work in that game in my opinion.
