It's true.What made me believe that she was not dead is the fact that the mirror cannot locate her.And if magic is involved it is perhaps not even Faith's head.
What if the killer is using potions or what have you to make items look like the heads of those who get close to Bigby, and just keeping the girls in their creepy little basement?
