Screen/Animation Stuttering
Just got the game on steam and it's quite amazing.
My only problem is that there is a lot of stuttering happening every time anything moves in the game.
It's just a constant problem and I can't seem to get it to go away. It's starting to give me a headache and I will have to look away every once in a while. I really love what I've played so far but it's just not as enjoyable an experience when I can't look at the screen for long.
Anyway, here are my specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k @3.30GHz
Ram: 8 GB
Any suggestions on settings that I could use to help with the stuttering would be appreciated. Also, I'd like to know if adjusting my monitors refresh rate would help. It's currently at 70Hz.

Setting your refresh rate to 60 Hz is worth a try.
