Pokernight 2 freezes/pauses when autosaving
There is no way to turn off the autosave so you regularly have to wait on the game's freezing... You need to patch this. It's inexcusable. I do not even have any PS Cloud saving turned on. It's just the standard mandatory autosaving.
The Walking Dead had the same issues where the game would freeze up when it saved, but at least that wasn't between EVERY HAND OF PLAY. I'm amazed you still haven't come up with a solution for such an annoying problem that seems to be prevalent in all of your games... This isn't even fun with all of the hiccups.
I can see the design choice was to keep people from quitting out of games that they were losing? But who cares when the game is this awful to play? I like the personalities and the commentary but dont see myself playing much of this in its current state.

I apologize for the inconvenience. First, please make sure that you have at least 10% free space on your hard drive to allow for game caching. If you have done that, then please make sure to delete all game data for the game and let it redownload any necessary patches. To do this, navigate to Game Data Utilities, select your Poker Night 2 game data and press Triangle, then Delete. Also, once in a tournament, when another character is eliminated from the tournament, performance improves. Knocking out another character will nearly eliminate all hitching. Lastly, restarting the game from time to time will also help to avoid freezes or crashes that require the system to be rebooted. While these suggestions are not a solution, they should help to improve the performance of the game.
