can't get past title screen
I thought I saw where a new episode of 400 days was released. So I tried to start the game and it asked for my login. I entered all that, and then it just sat there on the title screen. Do I have to reinstall and start all over again just to play the new 400 days episode? Also, I can't seem to find any information on 400 days at all here on the site. Has it been put on the back burner?

The game silently downloads several MB of patches at startup if you have not started it in a while. This might look like the game is hanging, so please try giving it some minutes to recover.
If it doesn't resolve that way, please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.
last time I uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm hoping to avoid that this time.

I am not entirely sure what causes it. All patches are there.
Please set the color depth of the TV to 32 bit. If that doesn't fix it, please try unplugging the TV.
You can also try redownloading the patches. To do that, please delete all files from the folders below and restart the game. Note that it will take a while to start without any notification it is downloading.
