need my serial or cd key to add as legal on my steam account, i bought the game like a year ago at this website and now on receipts it says i didnt buy anything yet.

If you bought it from this website, you will not get a Steam key, but will be able to download it from your "My Games" page (on top of this page, click on the down arrow next to your user name).
If it doesn't appear on your "My games" page even though you bought it from this website, e-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com at they will look into it.
