Problem with Tales of Monkey Island

I bought Tales of Monkey Island back in 2011. My old computer died and I got a new one. Now, none of the chapters from Tales of Monkey Island work. Also, no receipts appear and says I have never bought anything from Telltalegames. I still have the email received from telltalegames with the order number and the serial number for the game.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I solved the problem and I'm happily playing the game again. It so happens that it was a "ibtk" problem (idiot behind the keyboard!!! :)).
