New 400 is not given as an option to buy?

I have restarted everything and it will not even give me the option to purchase 400 what do I do? We currently own the first 5, which were purchased seperatly. There is no restore button showing either? When is the next season coming out? I live in e USA and using an ipad mini with iOS 7

    If you do not have the option to buy "400 Days", then you do not have the latest app updates. The updates are downloaded when you Tap to Start the game and it says connecting... At least for the first time getting the updates it could take over a minute.
