New to the game! However after buying bundle 2-5, "Episodes" menu show 2 to 5 "Coming soon"! This doesn't make sense. Any tips are much appreciated.
Same after I purchased. It took like 30minutes before I could start downloading
The initial problem of not being able to download over wifi has something to do with your nearest server. Some people have had luck with this workaround, or you can try a different location like a WiFi hotspot. We have also had people find that resetting their network settings can fix this, but I hesitate to recommend that as it will require re-setting all your Wifi passwords. 3G is likely to fail due to the size of the DLC. Hope that helps.
If 2 - 5 say coming soon, then you have not gotten a status update for their availability. This can easily happen if you never restart the app or do not have a good 3G or Wifi connection. When you restart the app, at the Tap to start screen the game should say connecting... That is when the game should update the availability of the episodes.
My game says episodes 4-5 is not available. I'm on wifi and restarted the app a few times with no luck. Are those episodes out yet for ios?

Thanks for the reply, I did try Tronix's suggestion and even restarted the ipad. It still says coming soon for episodes 4 and 5 for me. I also am on a stable wifi.
I just uninstalled it and reinstalled, now all the episodes are unavailable even after I restore purchase. I'm still on iOS6 if that helps.
If you are still seeing episodes as Coming Soon, then your device is not establishing a connection with our server or depending on your region, not connecting to the correct server. Please try resetting your network connections and/or trying a different wifi network.
I just Reset the Network settings and it's still not working. I used my VPNs in Los Angles, Washington D.C., Toronto Canada and still no luck. My current ISP is Comcast in San Jose, California. I have done full restarts with the app. I don't think this is a network issue on my side. Could this a bug with the latest version? Can you recommend a location for me to try to set up a VPN connection to?
Same here. Tried two different wifi networks, the Dash VPN, a work VPN - all still no dice. Reset network settings, uninstalled and reinstalled game, etc etc.
I'm contacting Apple about getting my money back.
You should be able to get your money back from Apple if you purchased it recently. I'm out of luck, I purchased the pack over a year ago and they used to work (shows as available). It seems like it's some server issues on TellTale's end that they don't seem to acknowledge.
Yea I contacted them this morning and they gave a refund without even batting an eye. Guess they are getting lots of requests
Hopefully it's fixed soon and I can buy it again and it works.
