APP CRASHES ON LATEST IOS UPDATE 7.0.4 IPHONE 5S

I cannot get the walking dead app to open on my iPhone 5s: it just crashes. This all occurred when I purchased episode four; basically, I’ve purchased several episodes (in apps) for this app and I don’t have access to any of them now because the app crashes. I’ve reset the iPhone but that doesn’t help. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but that doesn’t help. I’ve updated the ios software but that’s doesn’t help. I sometimes get a pop up of inputting my password on iTunes and I do so and that doesn’t help. I contacted apple but all they did was send me to your website. I want this issued fixed or want a refund for all the episodes I’ve purchased thus far.

    We are working with Apple to find a solution for this issue which is affecting iOS 7.0.2 and above. For a refund, you will need to contact Apple since any purchases were through their system.
