Trapped on Hershel's Farm

So, I have the following options left:

  1. Look at Duck: Get waved at

  2. Look at Shawn: Talk to self about Shawn fixing the fence

  3. Look at Fence: One dialogue from Shawn

  4. Look at Wood: Two rotating dialogues from Shawn

  5. Talk to Clementine: Two rotating dialogues

  6. Talk to Katjaa: Say i'll be right back

  7. Walk into the empty barn and stare at hay

None of these options are letting me progress through the game.

    Go walk over to Shawn. Talk to him and help him with the fence. When you're done he'll tell you Hershel wants to see you in the barn. Go talk to Hershel and everything will play out from there.
