Error when trying to activate game

I bought Bone a while ago from Telltale but when I try to activate it it says the serial number is not valid. What should I do?

    Send an e-mail to support@telltalegames.com and explain your issue. Include the e-mail address used when you purchased the game the game, the Telltale username from the account used to purchase the game and an order number if possible.
