When Bigby first arrives at the Tenement Apartments in the South Bronx at Toad's Request, after he steps out of the cab, you can see the red haired man walk out onto the streets. Pay attention to the right side of the screen in the background as the view shifts downward. Also, when Bigby is entering the Woodlands Office to meet Crane for the first time, and gets stopped outside in the hall by the angry fellow (Grendel), you can see the red-haired man again to the right of Grendel in line. How the hell does he keep showing up?
