Episodes 2-5 and 400 Days "Coming Soon"

I finished the first episode of the game on my iPhone 5s and bought the $19.99 bundle pack for episodes 2-5 and 400 days. Whenever I try to install it it still says coming soon and takes me back to the buy page even though I bought it! Any suggestions or do I need to contact iTunes and get my money back?

    Please shut down the game application and then turn off your device. Wait a few minutes for the cache to clear and then restart the device. Make sure you are logged into the account you used to purchase the game, and then re-launch the game. When you do this, you will see a black screen for a few moments. This is normal as an update will need to download. Afterward you should be able to download other episodes from the in-game episodes menu. If you still see episodes as Coming Soon, then your device is not establishing a connection with our server or depending on your region, not connecting to the correct server. Please try resetting your network connections and/or trying a different wifi network.
